I had no interest in seeing Tomb Raider: The Cradle Of Life, but I had some interest in seeing Ms. Angelina Jolie. She’s one of the wonders of the world.
But lately, her movies have been pretty blah.
LIFE OR SOMETHING LIKE IT, ORIGINAL SIN, and even the original TOMB RAIDER…not a particularly good movie in the bunch.
But how does one deny the glory that is Ms Jolie.
One doesn’t…so one endures.

And it basically WAS a test of endurance.
A blah beginning, followed by what has to be one of the worst scenes in any movie ever.

Then the movie gets better, but never good, and Ms Jolie DOES looks amazing, and does a nice job, but damn, it’s just not worth it over all.

Gerard Butler is a man on the rise, really, after his questionable appearance as the lead in DRACULA 2000, he’s rumored to be the next Bond, and he’s definitely the next on-screen Phantom Of The Opera.
Here he’s pretty good, but that too is too little to save the flick.
Hell, I hardly think it’s worth renting…but that’s up to you.
