You know, I’m not gonna write a whole lot about The Simpsons Movie.
It’s great.
It’s hilarious.
It’s not just another episode of the long running, smash hit TV show. It’s a little meatier, a little more inventive, and a little edgier.

The movie brings all of our favorite characters from the show to the big screen, for yet another adventure where Homer, probably one of the best, characters, ever, ruins everything, and then has to fix everything, in his own, inimitable way.

The usual cast is all there, and great as usual, as well as some guest voices, who also do a nice job. The art is basically the same we’re used to, but with some CGI thrown in for good measure.
There’s nothing earthshaking here, just fun escapist entertainment.
Yeah, you could wait ‘til the DVD, but go ahead and see it on the big screen.
