Scary Movie 3 was a disappointment, but that was expected.
After all, it didn't have anything to do with the Wayan's Bros...who were behind SCARY MOVIE and SCARY MOVIE 2, and it's only PG-13. Besides, if I wait to see something in it’s third week of release, it must not be something I’m all that keen on anyway. But truth be told, I didn’t feel like seeing Matrix Revolutions this weekend, and I had plans to see ELF at another time. So SM3 was my only choice at the theater I found myself at.

SM3 spoofs THE RING, SIGNS, and inexplicably, 8 MILE. For a movie directed by David Zucker, this should have been a lot better. There were funny moments, but too much of it was just too stupid.
And why combine the stories from The Ring and Signs, and why include 8 Mile at all? I guess we’ll never really know, but I guess we really shouldn’t care, either.
